Job Description

·                     Drive profitable and sustainable revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new customer programs in metal stamping, tool & die, and fabrication services

·                     Lead and oversee a team of four encompassing sales support, estimating, and customer service functions

·                     Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand revenue across key target markets including Automotive, Agriculture, Appliance, and Electronics

Key Requirements

·                     Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing business development

·                     Background in metals manufacturing preferred, though not required

·                     Demonstrated ability to implement sales programs and standard operating procedures
