Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid School Psychologist licensure in Michigan is required
• Proven experience working as a School Psychologist within school settings
• Strong assessment, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with a range of diagnostic tools and intervention strategies
• Ability to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Clear communication with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify student strengths and areas for growth
• Provide direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
• Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to design effective support strategies
• Interpret, document, and communicate assessment results to relevant stakeholders
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs to support students’ academic and behavioral goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive school climate that values diverse learners
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in school psychology and special education regulations

This position will be working full-time and is currently onsite, offering you daily engagement with students and staff at the heart of the school community.
