Key Qualifications:
- Current School Psychologist licensure in the state of Michigan
- Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of student assessment tools, data analysis, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive practices
Core Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret cognitive, behavioral, and emotional assessments
- Develop evidence-based interventions and individualized educational recommendations
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEPs, and multidisciplinary evaluations
- Consult with teachers, counselors, and families to address student concerns
- Provide crisis intervention and collaborate on behavior management plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
