Key Qualifications:

  • Current School Psychologist licensure in the state of Michigan
  • Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of student assessment tools, data analysis, and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive practices

Core Responsibilities:

  • Administer and interpret cognitive, behavioral, and emotional assessments
  • Develop evidence-based interventions and individualized educational recommendations
  • Participate in eligibility meetings, IEPs, and multidisciplinary evaluations
  • Consult with teachers, counselors, and families to address student concerns
  • Provide crisis intervention and collaborate on behavior management plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
