Global Mobility & Relocation Specialist | Overland Park, KS
Full-Time | Contract | up to $55ph.
LHH is partnering with a rapidly growing organization within the technology infrastructure space, who is seeking to hire a Global Mobility & Relocation Specialist to support a high-volume domestic and international mobility program. This role offers the opportunity to partner directly with mobility leadership while helping design and administer programs that support employee moves across the U.S. and globally. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on global mobility experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing environment where they can make an immediate impact.

This role offers the opportunity to partner directly with mobility leadership while helping design and administer programs that support employee moves across the U.S. and globally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and support domestic and international employee relocations.
- Coordinate short-term, long-term, and expatriate assignments.
- Provide mobility consultations to employees and business leaders.
- Partner with relocation vendors and external service providers.
- Assist with immigration and visa-related processes.
- Support mobility policy administration and ongoing program development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other internal stakeholders.
- Review relocation expenses, repayment agreements, and mobility-related documentation.
- Track mobility activity and provide reporting, training, and program support.
- 5+ years of Global Mobility experience (required)
- Exposure to Workday (required)
- Experience supporting domestic relocation programs.
- Working knowledge of immigration and visa processes.
- Experience managing employee moves from initiation through completion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- International mobility or expatriate assignment experience.
- Knowledge of global mobility tax considerations.
- Experience partnering with relocation service providers.
