House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

I do my housecleaning myself. I live in an apartment, that is very small. I am 56 years old. I am disabled. I have a hard time standing or sitting for long periods of time. I have trouble doing my laundry by myself. We have an on site laundry room, but it is very small. I can't afford to do my laundry alot of times. I have to go to a laundry Matt.. Lifting is hard on my back. I have a small dog. She is an elderly dog. She is 23 years old. I clean after her. I have a hard time giving her baths. Bending over to reach her in the bathtub is hard for me. I don't have alot of money to spare, but I do need help. I am a Christian woman. I prefer people that do not smoke. Thank you in advance.
