Companion Care Needed

Medication management. Help her with picking out the outfit of the day. Prepare for a shower She can shower alone. Prepare breakfast and or lunch. There is prepared food always in the refrigerator. I do all the shopping for the week. We have a gym on sight. A one block walk to the gym and a low intensity work out 2 or 3 days a week would be great. Be aware of our daily schedule appointments and events through the month. Possible hours 10 a.m. to 4 or 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. I work home a lot but do need to go in steadily. I try to get to the gym twice a week and golf Wed evening. Someone usually comes to stay with her Wed until 8 p.m. which will continue.
