Babysitter Needed

Hi, I am in need of a caregiver that can provide both homework guidance, as well as household care/maintenance. We are both nurses and work high stress and demanding jobs. Our girls are old enough to participate in chores and only need gentle encouragement with tasks. We would like to hire someone who can support our family so our family time is not occupied by constant chores. Does that sound like a job that fits your abilities? Reliable transportation is required and may be asked to assist with afterschool pick up from school.
