Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a reliable babysitter for our three kids. We have an 11-year-old who is mainly self sufficient and even helpful, an 8-year-old who is easy to manage and needs only a little direction. Our 9 month will need the most care and attention obviously. All three are girls and love arts, crafts, outdoor activity, movie nights, reading etc. Looking for a weekend sitter on occasion and maybe some help in a pinch during the weekdays.
