Schedule
- Day Shift: Sunday – Wednesday
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Multiple shifts available based on production needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform precision assembly of optoelectronic and laser diode components.
- Assemble, align, and inspect micro-scale parts under a microscope.
- Handle delicate components ranging from 1 mm to 250 microns.
- Perform wire bonding, placement, and micro-assembly tasks.
- Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and engineering drawings.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Perform rework and repairs on micro-components as needed.
- Follow all cleanroom, ESD, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Precision Assembly
- Microelectronics
- Semiconductor Manufacturing
- Fiber Optics
- Medical Device Assembly
- Electronics Manufacturing
- Experience working under a microscope.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with extremely small, delicate components.
- Wire bonding or micro-soldering experience is preferred.
- Cleanroom experience is a plus.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings is preferred.

- Cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Seated position with extended microscope use.
- Fast-paced, quality-driven production setting.
