Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to join our growing home care team in Syracuse, NY.Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services according to the established plan of care

• Implement treatment interventions under the direction of a supervising PT or OT

• Help patients improve strength, mobility, functional abilities, and independence

• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, supervising therapists, and office staff

• Follow all clinical, documentation, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Active New York State PTA or OTA license

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a home care setting

• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation

• Previous home health, outpatient, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience is preferred, but not required
