Homeside Rehab is seeking licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for a home care opportunity in Brooktondale, Tompkins County, NY 14817, near 33 Boiceville Rd.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services according to the established plan of care

• Work under the supervision of the appropriate licensed PT or OT

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and independence

• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team

Requirements

• Active New York State PTA or OTA license, as applicable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable and able to maintain a consistent visit schedule

• Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time

• Home care experience preferred but not required
