About the Role

Join our growing outpatient vascular and interventional practice. We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Procedure Room Assistant to join our physician-owned outpatient vascular and interventional lab. This position plays an essential role in providing exceptional patient care before, during, and after minimally invasive procedures. This role is based at our Dakota Dunes, SD location.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare procedure rooms and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Assist the Rad Techs/RNs and physician during vascular and interventional procedures.
• Circulate during procedures.
• Assist with procedural preparation.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Assist with patient transport and recovery.
• Stock procedure rooms and maintain supplies.
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment.
• Turn over procedure rooms between cases.
• Support patient flow throughout the day.
• Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Patient Care Technician, Medical Assistant, Surgical Technologist, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in an outpatient surgery center, cath lab, IR, vascular, or procedural setting is a plus, but not required.
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced procedural environment.
