SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to a patient in West Babylon, NY 11704.

This is a flexible opportunity that can work well for an SLP looking to add a case to their existing schedule. Homeside Rehab offers competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus.

Patient Availability

The patient is available for therapy during the following times:

• Weekdays after 3:30 PM

• Saturdays – availability coordinated with the patient's father

• Sundays after 9:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech-language therapy based on the patient's individualized plan of care

• Implement appropriate speech, language, communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing interventions as clinically indicated

• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate professionally with the patient, family, and clinical team

• Follow all applicable clinical and documentation requirements

Qualifications

• Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

• Reliable and able to maintain consistent scheduled visits

• Basic computer skills for electronic documentation

• Previous home-based therapy experience is preferred but not required
