Pay Range: $18.14/hr
Location: On-site,Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday 2nd Shift: 3AM - 11:30PM

- Youll work in a clean, climate-controlled industrial facility focused on manufacturing and assembling high-quality power and energy systems used in commercial and industrial applications.
- The facility emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork, following strict ISO standards for quality and efficiency.
- This position is active and hands-on, long periods of standing operating material-handling equipment, moving inventory, and ensuring production areas are stocked and organized.
- You must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as needed and following all safety procedures.
- Move, load, and unload materials and products safely throughout the production area
- Use pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment to transport components and finished goods
- Accurately track inventory using scanners or basic computer systems
- Stage materials for production lines according to work orders and schedules
- Verify part numbers, counts, and condition of materials received or issued
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as required
- Communicate effectively with production, shipping, and quality departments to support daily goals
- Prior experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer or scanner knowledge for inventory tracking
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
