The Assembler II role is an experienced position responsible for performing more complex PCB assembly tasks, including working with detailed work instructions, interpreting technical drawings, and using specialized tools and equipment. This role involves assembling and inspecting circuit board components, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring all work meets quality and IPC standards. Success in this position requires advanced manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, solid understanding of PCB assembly processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast‑paced production environment.
