Pay: $28.00–$38.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple shifts available
A Day in the ShopPicture starting your shift in a clean, safety-first facility where quality is the standard. You review blueprints, lay out components to exacting tolerances, and choose the right welding process—MIG or TIG—to bring custom-engineered steel structures to life for government, commercial, and industrial customers. You move from fit-up to weld-out, checking every joint, collaborating with the fabrication team to stay on schedule, and keeping your work area organized and efficient.

What You’ll Do- Weld structural steel and fabricated assemblies using MIG and/or TIG processes.
- Interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols with precision.
- Fit, assemble, and fabricate parts to engineering specifications.
- Safely operate welding, cutting, grinding, and related fabrication tools.
- Inspect and verify weld quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to hit schedule targets.
- Maintain an orderly, safe, and efficient workstation.
- 3+ years of MIG or TIG welding experience in fabrication or manufacturing.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with structural steel and fabricated components.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to top-tier workmanship.
- Comfortable using tape measures, squares, calipers, and similar tools.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- AWS certification is a plus.
- Dependable attendance and follow-through.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
