SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) Job Summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services to patients in Staten Island, NY 10314.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

• Provide skilled speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing therapy as clinically appropriate

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and members of the clinical team

• Follow all applicable clinical, documentation, and compliance requirements

Job Qualifications

• Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer literacy for electronic documentation and communication

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload

• Previous home health, outpatient, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required
