Hand Assembly Associate

Location: Urbana, OH
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
Overtime may be required after scheduled shifts and on weekends.

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work? We are seeking Hand Assembly Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team producing custom cardboard packaging and inserts. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who have excellent hand dexterity and enjoy working in a production environment.

Responsibilities

Hand assemble cardboard inserts and packaging components according to customer specifications.
Stack, organize, and count finished products to ensure accurate quantities.
Inspect products for quality and consistency throughout the assembly process.
Maintain production speed while meeting quality standards.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
Assist with other production duties as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
Excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift, move, and stack materials throughout the shift.
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
