Job Summary

We are hiring dependable Assembly/ Material Team Members to support a production plant in Opelika, AL. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate excellent attendance, punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Employees who perform well and maintain strong attendance will have opportunities for advancement and internal promotion within the company.

Responsibilities

· Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S standards).

· Use handheld scanners and logistics systems when required.

· Report shortages, damaged materials, or operational issues to Team Leaders.

· Starting Pay: $12.50 per hour

Requirements

· Strong attendance and punctuality are required.

· Reliable transportation and the ability to report to work consistently.

· Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 5–6 days per week.

· Willingness to work overtime when required.

· Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.

· Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.

-Must wear steel- toe boots.

Work schedules may include 6:00 am - 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 6:00 am. Applicants must able to pass a background screening & a drug screening.
