- 43% of collections for personally performed services
- $2,000/month debt assistance during the first year

Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Michigan dental license or eligibility for licensure
- Commitment to excellent patient care and collaborative practice
