Location: Hanover Hall Nursing and Rehab – Hanover, PA

Hanover Hall Nursing and Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Assist with resident screenings and treatment planning

• Deliver individualized, goal-oriented care to improve function and independence

• Document services and communicate resident progress with the therapy team

• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Active Pennsylvania COTA license or eligibility for licensure

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care

• Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
