About the Firm:
We’re partnering with a well-established national public accounting firm that is seeking an Audit Partner with deep experience serving financial institutions and banking clients. This is a high-visibility leadership role with the opportunity to drive growth in an established financial institutions practice.
The firm is known for its strong national platform, collaborative culture, and commitment to client service. They are looking for a strategic leader to expand client relationships, lead assurance engagements, and mentor the next generation of firm leaders.
Lead and grow the firm’s financial institutions/banking audit practice.
Manage and develop key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and compliance.
Oversee audit engagements for banks, credit unions, and other financial services organizations.
Partner with firm leadership to set strategic direction and drive practice growth.
Mentor and develop staff, seniors, and managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Actively participate in business development, networking, and industry associations
CPA license required.
10-15+ years of progressive public accounting experience with significant time in financial institutions/banking audit.
Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex audit engagements.
Proven business development track record in the financial institutions sector.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
Desire to play a key role in firm growth at the partner level.
