Job Description

About the Role:

We are currently looking for HVAC Technicians to operate, maintain, and repair industrial HVAC equipment—boilers, chillers, AHUs, and VAV systems—within manufacturing facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrate control systems, and troubleshoot issues, often working on complex industrial infrastructure. Candidates must have technical expertise, the ability to work in a dynamic team environment, and experience with BMS systems.

Specific Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repair: Operate, diagnose, and repair industrial HVAC/R equipment including chillers, boilers, air handling units, VAV systems, and air compressors.
Facilities Support: Install or repair ductwork, refrigeration piping, and exhaust ventilation.
System Calibration: Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC control and operating systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS) like Siemens or Ignition.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) protocols.
Subcontractor Management: Supervise contractors performing facility repairs.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience maintaining industrial HVAC systems.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with BMS software, HVAC controls, and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with specialized tools.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with facility teams.
