Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, treatments, and re-evaluations, as needed

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care, treatment plans, and progress

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and progress
