Shift Manager / Barista

Coffee parlor in the heart of Doylestown Borough looking for a few candidates that can work all shifts including days, nights and weekends.  Must have experience in food handling, food service and Barista experience.  If you like coffee and giving great customer service and meeting new people this is the place for you.  

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 16 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the food & restaurant industry
• Restaurant back of house skills: safe food handling
• Restaurant back of house skills: expediting
• Restaurant back of house skills: general food prep
• Restaurant back of house skills: dishwashing
• Restaurant front of house skills: front counter
• Restaurant front of house skills: point of sale (POS) operation
• Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fast casual
• Retail skills: customer service
• Retail skills: addressing customer complaints
• Retail skills: restocking
• Retail skills: taking inventory
• Management skills: supervising employees
• Management skills: reporting infractions
• Management skills: resolving customer complaints
• Management skills: managing employee conflicts
• Math skills: counting cash drawer
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs
• Available to work: weekends
• Available to work: weekdays
• Available to work: early morning
• 2-3 years of total work experience
