Occupational Therapist – Rehabilitation | Bellingham, WA
The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualised treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patients’ functional independence and quality of life.

Location: Bellingham, WA 98225
Facility: Reliant – Avalon Healthcare – Bellingham
Contract: 13 weeks
Pay: $55/hour
Weekly Pay: $2,200 including stipend
Weekly Stipend: $1,246
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Overtime: $55/hour after 40 hours
Pay Breakdown
Taxable Weekly: $954
Taxable Rate (W2): $23.85/hour
Non-Taxable Rate: $31.15/hour
Requirements
Current Washington State OT license
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
NBCOT certification or eligibility
Rehabilitation, SNF, or LTC experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work 40 hours/week
Must meet all facility and compliance requirements
BLS/CPR may be required
