Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm seeking someone to help me to give my mom an occasional break. The date(s) that I will need help are not yet known, so please ignore the "job schedule" details. I need assistance with bathing, dressing, housekeeping, meals, getting into and out of bed, repositioning in bed, errands, companionship and other daily tasks. Please feel free to ask any questions.
