Order Fulfillment & Packing Associate

Phat City is looking for a reliable, organized and motivated person to help fulfill and pack orders generated through our live-commerce streams.

We’re a growing live-commerce and collectibles business, and we’re looking for someone who wants a flexible position with the opportunity to take on a larger role as we grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Pull and organize products sold during our live streams
• Accurately match products to customer orders
• Pack orders safely and professionally
• Prepare completed orders for shipment
• Keep the fulfillment and packing area organized
• Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy

HOW THE JOB WORKS

Make your own hours.

Instead of a traditional hourly shift, you’ll have orders that need to be completed within an agreed timeframe.

Pay is performance-based and determined by the number of items/orders successfully filled and packed.

Work efficiently, finish your orders, and you’re done.

The faster you finish, the faster you get paid.

This can be a great fit for someone looking for flexible work who is dependable, fast and comfortable working independently.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and trustworthy
• Extremely organized
• Detail-oriented
• Fast and efficient
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable learning our order and inventory systems
• Serious about getting orders completed accurately and on time

Experience with shipping, fulfillment, e-commerce, warehouse work or online orders is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
