- Prepare simple reports, spreadsheets, checklists, communications, and presentation materials for People & Culture projects.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, meeting preparation, document organization, mailings, and other small projects that support the team’s priorities.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and respect in all interactions with employees, candidates, visitors, and business partners.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, organizational leadership, communications, or a related field; or a recent graduate seeking practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication skills and a willingness to work cooperatively with employees and leaders across a manufacturing environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel; comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling employee and candidate information.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work on-site in Pulaski, New York.
- Preferred: Previous experience in an office, customer-service, administrative, human-resources, or campus-organization setting.
- Preferred: Interest in employee experience, recruiting, training, workplace culture, or human-resources operations.
