Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences and company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or barista role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machines is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
