Key Responsibilities

• Coffee Preparation: Dial in espresso, steam milk, and craft consistent coffee and specialty drinks.
• Bar Operations: Maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized coffee bar to ensure efficient service without compromising quality.
• Guest Service: Deliver unreasonable hospitality by learning regulars’ drinks, suggesting pairings, and adding personal touches to enhance each visit.

Requirements

• Experience with espresso preferred, or a willingness to learn through hands-on training.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality while maintaining a warm and speedy service.
• A genuine enthusiasm for connecting with guests and thriving in a high-volume service environment.

Schedule

• Full-time schedule with flexibility for early mornings and weekends.
