Counter Service Barista/AM Host

Please read entire ad before responding: Clinton St. Baking Co. seeks speedy, detail-oriented employees for our VERY BUSY bakery/cafe. We are an award-winning high-volume chef-owned/operated restaurant & cafe with a global clientele.

You should be FRIENDLY, hard-working and gracious. This position requires MORNING availability (7:30 start to 4pm). If you can't commit to early morning shifts, please do not apply.

Job includes:
-Welcoming guests
-Serving and clearing a light cafe menu
-Handling/maintaining supplies, pastries, cookies and cakes
-Making specialty coffees, brunch cocktails, iced and hot beverages
-Brewing espresso, steaming milk
-Replenishing coffee supply; cleaning coffee brewing equipment
-Taking delivery and to-go orders over the counter.
-Closing out cash, restocking supplies
-Light table bussing
*Cash register and POS experience is a must.
