We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and managing a range of administrative duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference rooms efficiently.
• Maintain and organize the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
