Service Coordinator
Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $30-$35/ hour
Shift: 8:30am-5pm M-F
Location: Pasadena, TX 77503

Support our Service organization by coordinating customer appointments, field technicians, sales teams, and third-party service providers. The role is highly interactive and requires someone who can effectively balance customer needs, technician availability, and business priorities. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing demands. 

Key Skills:

• Strong scheduling and coordination experience
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Customer-facing experience
• Comfortable working with CRM and scheduling systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Ability to work with urgency and make decisions in a dynamic environment
• Coordinated field technicians, maintenance personnel, construction crews, installation teams, service technicians, transportation resources, or other mobile workforces.
• Strong candidates will have experience balancing customer requests against operational constraints and negotiating schedules with multiple stakeholders rather than simply managing calendars.
• This role serves as a critical coordination point between customers, technicians, sales teams, and third-party providers. 
• Oil & Gas or industrial background preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially TEAMS and Excel with the ability to quickly learn new software.
• High level of accuracy with data entry and attention to detail.
• Must pass background and drug screen
