In this role, you'll help ensure every customer receives outstanding service while contributing to the success of a busy, high-performing dealership.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
• Schedule service appointments and maintain workflow efficiency
• Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates
• Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Review completed repairs and explain services performed
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
• Proficiency with dealership management systems is a plus
• Valid driver's license
