STORE MANAGER ROLE IN AUBURN HILLS

$75,000 + BONUS

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Oversee daily store workflow, monitor fuel levels, and schedule fuel deliveries.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise cashiers and stock associates.
• Financials: Handle cash management, bank deposits, daily sales reporting, and payroll records.
• Inventory: Order merchandise, stock drinks and snacks, and perform routine product audits.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce local, state, and federal laws for tobacco, alcohol, and fuel safety. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of retail or convenience store experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems, basic bookkeeping, and standard office software.
• Physical & Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours (weekends/holidays) and stand for long periods in a hands-on environment. [1, 2, 3]
