Commercial cum Residential Irrigation Service Specialist

Synergy Preserve LLC has a wide range of experience when it comes to renovating and maintenance. We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. 

We are looking for some dynamic technicians around who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC to its clients and customers and provide better service in the field. 

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential irrigation systems
• Troubleshoot controllers, valves, solenoids, wiring, and sprinkler zones
• Use a multimeter/voltage meter to test irrigation systems
• Find and repair broken wires, bad valves, and electrical problems
• Repair irrigation pipes, PVC fittings, sprinkler heads, rotors, and nozzles
• Repair, replace, and program irrigation controllers
• Adjust sprinkler heads, spray patterns, pressure, and coverage
• Find leaks and water loss
• Inspect systems and recommend needed repairs

Experience

• Previous residential irrigation repair experience
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience using a multimeter/voltage meter
• Basic understanding of 24VAC irrigation systems
• Knowledge of sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, wiring, and PVC
• Able to work independently and manage service calls
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Able to work outdoors and perform physical work such as digging, lifting, and bending
• Reliable, professional, and customer-friendly
