  • Board: BC 
  • Licenses: Licensed in WI or IMLC
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS
  • Fellowship: Required
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct office visits and follow-up appointments for pain management patients.
  • Perform spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, and injections.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for chronic pain patients.
  • Collaborate with support staff and other healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate medical records using Epic EMR.
