Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home health experience required.

Ponca City offers a mix of small-city living and regional attractions in north-central Oklahoma.
