X-Ray Technologist
Join our team as a skilled X-Ray Technologist, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional diagnostic imaging services in a compassionate and professional environment. Our facility offers the latest in medical imaging technology, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Job Responsibilities- Perform X-ray and CT imaging procedures as per physician orders, adhering to safety and procedural standards.
- Prepare and maintain imaging equipment for optimal performance.
- Accurately capture and document images, ensuring quality and clarity for diagnosis.
- Assist in patient positioning and provide instructions to ensure comfort during procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care and diagnostic efficiency.
- Maintain electronic records of imaging studies through a Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS).
- 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- At least one night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM per week.
- Weekend coverage required every third weekend from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in X-ray and CT imaging.
- Experience with Philips and Siemens equipment is preferred.
- Prior travel experience is preferred.
- Current ARRT certification and BLS certification required.
- Must possess a valid state license for practicing in the designated area.
