Description
American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC-SLP certification and 2+ years of medical setting experience for a critical access hospital in a scenic coastal Alaska location.
Details
- Critical access hospital (CAH) setting supporting both acute and long-term care
- Primarily inpatient acute care with potential support in long-term care
- Serves both inpatient and outpatient populations
- Uses TruBridge - Evident EMR for charting
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00am-4:30pm with some flexibility
- 8-hour day shifts
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist required
- Prior experience in a medical setting preferred
- Current BLS certification (AHA) required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) via ASHA required
- Active Alaska SLP license required in hand at time of consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Located in Homer, Alaska on the scenic Kachemak Bay
