We’re currently seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support students in the Medford, OR area for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details
- Location: Medford, OR
- Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Dates: August 27, 2026 – June 12, 2027
- Grade Levels: Pre-K through High School
- Pay: $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide school-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement therapy treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals
- Support students with fine motor, sensory, functional, and school participation needs
- Collect therapy data and monitor progress toward student goals
- Maintain required documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, related service providers, and other members of the educational team
Qualifications
- Current Oregon COTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with students across Pre-K through high school
