Job Details- Employment Type: Travel Radiology Job
- Setting: Short-term acute care, Level III trauma center
- Specialty Focus: Cath lab, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology
- Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Call: Required every 5 days, including weekends
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Orientation: 40 hours
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,710-$2,920
- Charting System: Epic
- Location: New London, Connecticut
- Start Date: 9/14/2026
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a specialty setting
- Valid Connecticut radiology license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- ARRT certification required
- ACLS and BLS required
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique, patient monitoring, and procedural support
- Experience with cath lab, EP, or interventional radiology procedures preferred
- Ability to support adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
- Assist with left and right heart catheterizations, PCI, STEMI, and temporary pacer procedures
- Support electrophysiology cases including implants and ablations
- Participate in interventional radiology procedures such as peripheral angiography and vascular interventions
- Prepare equipment, maintain a sterile field, and ensure rooms are procedure-ready
- Monitor patients during procedures and assist with hemodynamic and rhythm monitoring
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality patient care
