About who needs care: Has dementia, still able to feed herself she just needs to demonstrate first or second spoon, still able to walk has to be guided to the right directions, needs to be instructed and told to use the restroom. Wear pull-ups need help pulling up and down need instructions and help on hygiene. Like being talked to, likes gospel music usually sweet sometimes confused. About the care needs: A patient, loving, understanding person. She doesnt really remember hobbies . Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
