Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:45pm-11:15pm

Requirements: 

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and support team members in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in material handling, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or related warehouse operations 
• Forklift experience preferred 

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to junior material handling personnel while performing all standard material handling duties.
• Coordinate and oversee shipping, receiving, and movement of materials throughout the facility.
• Manage material storage activities and ensure accurate issuance, receipt, and handling of inventory and supplies.
• Verify shipping and inventory documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Train and mentor less experienced material handlers on processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Work closely with engineering, production planning, and manufacturing teams to support operational requirements.
• Operate company vehicles as needed to transport materials between warehouse and manufacturing locations.
• Receive and process incoming shipments, including truck and container deliveries.
• Maintain expert knowledge of material staging, inventory placement, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation.
• Promote adherence to safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
