What You’ll Actually Do:

• Morning Strategy & Workshops: Start every day in our local office with interactive team sessions covering leadership, business communication, public speaking, and campaign strategy.
• Client Portfolio Management: Serve as the main point of contact for local accounts to ensure seamless onboarding and strong ongoing client relations.
• Management Trainee Pipeline: Master entry-level account operations to rapidly step up into team leading, interviewing, and office management roles.
