IT Help Desk

This large corporation is in need of a dedicated Help Desk candidate. This is an on-site position and will handle a variety of functions and find solutions. The hours will be 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. THIS IS NOT REMOTE! Salary Range will be $25 - $30 an hour based on your experience.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for network monitoring, incident response, service provisioning, troubleshooting, outage coordination, and operational support activities that help ensure the reliability, availability, and performance.  Making sure that updates are pushed to the computers and servers. The position performs initial diagnostics and troubleshooting, coordinates service restoration activities, assists with service provisioning, and supports day-to-day network operations. Maintain operational procedures, network documentation, provisioning records, incident reports, ticket history, and knowledge base content. Working with Microsoft based technologies and well as ManageEngine.
