Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative

$17/hr + Performance-Based Bonuses

Contract: 6+ Months

Flexible Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM EST

Our client is hiring Customer Service Retention & Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced customer support team. In this role, you'll assist customers over the phone, resolve concerns, retain accounts, and identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Retain customers by addressing concerns and offering solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Process account updates and service requests.
• Meet customer service, retention, and sales goals.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous sales, retention, or upselling experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
