Hours:

• Tuesday – Friday: 7:45a – 5:45p

Responsibilities:

• Prepare exam rooms, obtain medical histories, escort patients, and assist providers with minor surgical procedures, phototherapy, wound care, and injections
• Accompany providers to scribe visits in Epic, manage triage calls, handle result notifications, and queue medication and lab orders for sign-off
• Sterilize surgical instruments and manage biohazard and sharps container disposal in compliance with safety standards
• Conduct weekly inventory audits and submit order forms for office, medical, and laboratory supplies
• Input accurate CPT, surgical, and destruction codes into patient charts to facilitate seamless insurance billing

Qualifications:

• National Medical Assistant Certification
• Medical assisting experience (2+ years)
• EMR experience

Compensation:

• $23-26/hr

...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
