Bilingual CSR

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client’s fulfillment warehouse team! The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and experience assisting customers with orders, inquiries, and service-related concerns.

This is a 1st shift, Monday–Friday position from 7:00am-3:30pm paying $18/hour.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of previous customer service experience and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels
• Assist customers with order status, shipping, delivery, and general account questions
• Resolve customer concerns and provide timely and professional solutions
• Communicate with internal warehouse and operations teams to help resolve order-related issues
• Enter and update customer and order information accurately in company systems
• Follow up with customers regarding open issues, orders, and requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or order-processing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Professional and customer-focused demeanor
• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
